At the end of this year, my family is moving. We are heading east. So I am quitting work, we are selling the house, packing up a car and trailer and driving off. It's interesting when people find out. They ask about our plans, Where are we moving to? What work will I do? What are our plans?
The answers to these questions are that we don't know where we will move to, we will just find it. I don't know what work I will do, I am going to try to work that out. We don't have the plans you may be thinking we should have.
Plans?
To spend time together. In doing so, to make decisions about work, where we live and what we do from a place of 'family'.
Plans?
To consider options in life. What is important. Where we want to be.
Plans?
To breathe. To take a step back. To venture into the unknown.
For me now, these are the right kind of plans to have.
