Sometimes you can underrate yourself and your actions. This time last year my wife and I had finalised our plan to move, quit work, sell the house and head cross country with our two little ones in tow.
Things have gone well. We have found a part of this country that offers both a beautiful environment and an opportunity to have a healthy, active family lifestyle.
We haven't finalised the property we want. Somewhere that provides space for the kids to explore, create and be free. A place that helps us life more sustainably. That gives us opportunities to make.
Although I have picked up work that I am enjoying, I haven't quite worked out how I am going to earn money doing things that I love.
I can get caught up with these issues, get frustrated.
I need to recognise how far we have come.
The next step is to define the life we wish for, and take the risks to get there.
Almost there.
