My boy loves Lego. Loves following the instructions and putting it all together. He got a new, pretty complicated piece today and I sat next to him as he worked out which pieces went with which, how it all went together.
I studied his facial expressions, listened as he talked himself through the instructions, and was amazed.
Amazed at how much life he has in him.
Amazed to see how much of a 'big boy' he's becoming
Amazed to realise how independent he is.
Amazed to really see his personality coming to life.
Amazed that I have such a beautiful son.
Oh, and amazed that he is SO quick at putting Lego together!
