Story

You can't underestimate the power of the story. It's what motivates us, creates our desires, causes our extreme emotions. We organize the things around us, do the work we do, spend the time we have, accumulte stuff to tell the story, our story. In fact, we often sometimes wish someone else's story to be ours. So we read magazines, lose ourselves in movies, become inspired by the work of others, dream.

The flip side to this is that if you want to get to people, to move people, to get people to walk with you, the story is what counts. We are not necessarily interested in facts, that won't win us over. No, the story is what matters.

The story wins.
